Australian player's record century
Australian player Gardner has set a new record. She became the player to score a century in the fewest balls in the Women's World Cup. She scored a century in just 69 balls with 15 fours in the match against England. Batting first, England scored 244 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 50 overs. With Gardner (104*) and Annabelle (98*) in the chase, Australia reached the target in 40.3 overs for the loss of 4 wickets.
