Fitness only if the vehicle has a radium sticker
Telangana: The Transport Department has brought a new rule to prevent road accidents at night. From now on, fitness certificates will be issued only if transport vehicles have radium stickers with QR codes. These should be pasted on 4 sides of the vehicle and updated online. However, owners are expressing concern over the fact that ₹3,500-₹5,000 is being charged for each sticker. They complain that this is an additional burden for fitness every year.
