Hearing of Rakiya's petition adjourned till tomorrow
Telangana: The City Civil Court (Hyderabad) has heard the petition filed by Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority (RAKIA) against businessman Nimmagadda Prasad in the Vanpick case. RAKIA has filed a petition seeking implementation of the Ras Al Khaimah court order to pay them Rs. 600 crore. The Telangana High Court recently ordered an expeditious disposal of this petition. The hearing on RAKIA's executive petition has been adjourned till tomorrow.
