IQ Mobile instead of iPhone.. Non-bailable warrant against Amazon
Andhra Pradesh: Kurnool District Consumer Forum has issued a non-bailable warrant against Amazon. Veeresh recently ordered an iPhone 15+ for Rs. 80,000 on Amazon and received an IQ phone instead. After contacting customer care, he did not receive a response, so he contacted the Consumer Forum. It ordered a refund of Rs. 80,000 and another Rs. 25,000 to be paid to the victim if the iPhone is not delivered. The next hearing has been postponed to November 21.
