Justice Manvendranath Roy to take oath tomorrow
Amaravati: Justice C. Manavendranath Roy will take oath as a judge of the AP High Court on Monday. CJ Dheeraj Singh Thakur will administer the oath to Justice Manavendranath Roy at 10.35 am in the first courtroom of the High Court. He is returning to the parent High Court, the AP High Court, on transfer from the Gujarat High Court. He will continue in the second position here. On the other hand, Justice Subhendu Samanta, who is coming to the AP High Court on transfer from the Kolkata High Court, will take oath on the 29th of this month.
