Market Values of Land Set to Rise Significantly!
Telangana: The market values of land in the state are poised to increase substantially in the near future. The State Stamps and Registration Department has recently recommended to the government that these values be hiked by 20%. The government is expected to discuss this proposal in the Cabinet and subsequently take a decision. It appears that these steps are being taken with the aim of boosting revenue streams. Furthermore, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is planning to launch a global-level promotional campaign regarding the sale of government lands under its jurisdiction.
