One Lakh Houses Completed in 13 Months
Hyderabad: Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy stated that nearly one lakh houses have been completed within just 13 months of launching the prestigious Indiramma Housing Scheme, describing this as the largest housing revolution in the country's history. He remarked that, through this massive scheme—undertaken to construct homes for the poor with financial assistance of ₹5 lakh per household—Telangana is setting a pioneering example for the entire nation. In a statement issued on Sunday, he added that this initiative has evolved into more than just a housing construction program; under the leadership of CM Revanth, it has transformed into a transformative social movement.
