Chennai: It is learnt that Tamil Nadu CM Vijay is planning to send his personal astrologer Radhan Pandit to Rajya Sabha. It is known that the post has become vacant after senior AIADMK leader CV Shanmugam left the Rajya Sabha to contest the assembly elections. In this context, it is learnt that Vijay is planning to send Radhan to Rajya Sabha.
