What if there are water flows in the west and south directions?
Vastu expert Krishnadisheshu says that it is not good to have water flows, valleys, holes, and ponds in the west and south directions of a house. This, he says, poses a risk of disruption to the house and its occupants in the future. ‘No matter how dirty the drains are, there will be health problems in the houses. Water flows should be in the east and north directions of the houses,’ he says. He makes it clear that there are no scientific answers to all Vastu rules.
