156 HAL Operator Jobs: ITI Trades, Rs 22K Salary
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has issued a notification seeking applications. A total of 156 Operator jobs will be filled under this notification. These posts will be filled in Fitting, Electronics, Grinding Instrument Mechanic/Instrumentation, Machining, Turning.. categories. Eligible candidates can apply online on December 25, 2025. Candidates applying for the relevant posts should have passed ITI (Moodle NAC or ITI + NAC/NCTVT) in the relevant trades in addition to the post category. The age limit for the candidates should not be less than 28 years for General, EWS candidates, 33 years for SCC, ST candidates, 31 years for OBC candidates as on November 25, 2025. They can apply online in this eligible mode on December 25, 2025 at 3 pm. The final selection will be based on the night test. Those selected will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 22,000. Night test admit cards can be downloaded from December 31.

The night test will be in a total of 3 sections. Part 1 will have 20 questions of General Awareness, Part 2 will have 40 questions from English, Reasoning, and Part 3 will have 100 questions in the relevant trade. The answers to the multiple choice questions will be identifiable. The test will be conducted for a period of two hours.
