3 cases of fraud: Bangalore professor's manipulation of marriages
Bengaluru/ Chamarajanagar December 23: An incident has come to light in Bengaluru where a teacher who was supposed to correct students and prevent them from going astray has gone astray. The Basavanagudi police have arrested a lady from Khatarnak, who was working as a professor on weekdays and stealing on weekends.
The police are shocked to see the cunning of Revathi, a Kannada professor at a private college near Bellandur. This professor, who used to teach children in a private engineering college all week, used to steal only on Sundays. She used to enter the marriage chowtri as a relative, but she used to talk everyone to avoid suspicion. Later, it has been revealed during the police investigation that she would not only steal gold ornaments but also have a wedding meal and escape.
On November 25, she also showed her cunning at the Dwarkanath Kalyanamantapa in Basavanagudi and stole gold ornaments. Revathi is said to be originally from Shivamogga and lived in K.R. Puram, Bangalore. She had been making rounds in Bangalore on Sunday and was targeting married chowtris and making entries. During the interrogation, it was revealed that she was involved in a total of three cases.
The complainant is the accused!
It has been revealed that the complainant is the accused in the case of breaking the lock of the cooperative society office in Mudugur village of Gundlupet taluk of Chamarajanagar district and stealing money. During the police investigation, it was revealed that Chandrashekar Murthy, the Chief Executive Officer of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, who had filed a complaint with the Terakanambi police station regarding the theft, was the accused. On December 17, she broke open an iron rod from a cupboard and stole Rs. 14 lakh 12 thousand. Money was stolen. Rs 8 lakh has been confiscated from the arrested person.
