Court gives green signal to Musk's $55 billion package!
The court reinstated the $55 billion package that Tesla announced for Musk in 2018. While a previous court had canceled it, the Delaware court has now ruled in Musk's favor. A shareholder had gone to court alleging that the board members, who are close to Musk, did not follow the rules regarding the package, claiming that it was granted on the pretext of him leading the company to its set targets. With this latest ruling, Musk's net worth will reach $679 billion.
