Instamart's smart step to win customers' hearts!
Swiggy Instamart is opening physical stores. Here, customers can directly check how fresh the products are. This is a small experiment to build trust among customers by showcasing quality. To demonstrate that not only speed but also quality is excellent, they have launched this 'Experience Center' in Gurugram (Haryana). If this smart step is successful, more centers will be opened across the country.
