LIC reduces home loan interest rates
LIC Housing Finance Limited has delivered good news. Following the RBI's reduction of the repo rate by 0.25%, it announced that it has also revised its loan rates accordingly. It stated that interest rates for new home loans will start from 7.15 percent. These rates have come into effect from today. It expressed hope that this decision will help fulfill people's dream of owning a home.
