New Year celebrations only with prior permission: Police
Telangana: Hyderabad Traffic DCP Rahul Hegde said that prior permission is mandatory for New Year celebrations. He said that organizers have already been instructed to provide information in advance about how many people are attending the event and how many tickets are being sold. He also warned that strict action would be taken against those driving under the influence of alcohol. He said that the event organizers would be responsible if any accidents occur.
