Those who liken people to ants are becoming judges!
New Delhi: Supreme Court Justice Ujjal Bhuyan has expressed dissatisfaction with the Collegium's approach regarding the appointment and promotion of judges. He stated that the Collegium does not disclose the reasons for selecting specific individuals as judges, leading to the entry of unsuitable persons into the judiciary. He criticized the fact that such individuals—who describe the public as "ants"—make remarks that are contrary to constitutional values and entirely unconstitutional.
