A Capital Built on Debt—and a 'My Way' Approach—Is Unsuitable: Vijayasai Reddy
Andhra Pradesh: Former YCP MP Vijayasai Reddy has tweeted that the state requires a disciplined capital city. "The plan for Amaravati involves an outlay of lakhs of crores of rupees. A capital model built upon debt is inappropriate; it should be constructed through unified and phased development. The government has failed to fulfill the promises made to the farmers. A capital city ought to serve as the nerve center of administration. Adopting a 'my way' attitude regarding the division of administrative functions is perilous; it creates an atmosphere of uncertainty among investors," he stated.
