Court Grants Permission for Jagan to Travel Abroad
The CBI Court has granted conditional permission to YCP Chief Jagan to travel abroad. Jagan had petitioned the court for permission to visit Europe and the UK for a period of two weeks, specifically between the 20th of this month and May 15th. Responding favorably to the request, the court directed him to furnish a security bond of ₹1 lakh. Furthermore, the court stipulated that he must appear before it via video conference upon his return from abroad. It also issued directives requiring him to submit the details of his itinerary to both the court and the CBI.
