Inquiry into Eiffel Tower incident: BAPS cleared of allegations
Local authorities have exonerated the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) group regarding the controversy that arose during their visit to the Eiffel Tower. It is well known that allegations had surfaced claiming requests were made for female staff to stay out of sight during the BAPS visit; reports also emerged at the time that staff members had protested against this. Local officials recently concluded their inquiry into the matter and stated that the BAPS group had made no such requests.
