Do Not Use Allu Arjun's Name or Image Without Permission: Delhi High Court
The Delhi High Court has issued orders safeguarding the 'Personality Rights' of actor Allu Arjun. The court explicitly stated that his name, voice, photographs, and signature must not be utilized for commercial purposes without his prior consent. The court's ruling came in response to a petition filed by the actor, in which he argued that the use of deepfake and AI technologies—specifically to clone his voice or morph his images—could severely damage his brand value and reputation.
