Notice Issued to CEO Vivek Yadav in Liquor Scam!
Amaravati: Reports indicate that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has issued notices to IAS officer Vivek Yadav regarding the massive liquor scam that occurred during the previous YCP government's tenure. Having served as the Excise Commissioner during the Jagan administration, he possesses insight into the implementation of the liquor policy, the 'Order for Sale' (OFS) process, arbitrary decisions made at the time, the tampering of records, and other related matters. Against this backdrop, investigating officers have been attempting to record his statement for several months.
